Wednesday is International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia an event seeking to raise awareness for the rights of LGBTQ+ individuals. Thursday is Ascension Day. This day is 40 days following Easter when Christians believe that Jesus Christ ascended to Heaven.
