As noted previously, the facilitators of the ERG cohorts have an interest in promoting deeper conversations during our sessions, often those conversations are stimulated by exploring different viewpoints. We recognize that most of the materials we provide as session pre-work or share in our weekly sharings often don’t promote or explore alternative views. If anyone we reach through these emails or the website comes across articles or presentations that are challenging or thought provoking, we would welcome you to share them. We will consider those items that promote objective thought and withhold names of those that share unless you specifically ask to share a name. If you do not have a specific item to share but have a source that you recommend please advise of that source and we will check it out for our own review. Thank you for your consideration.

Enjoy your week!
